For a little while I've been thinking about "re-opening the underground railroad" so to speak. Thining about ways to help Americans who want to get away from the politics, violence and guns in the U.S. I sure would appreciate some extra heads on this. Canada isn't some kind of paradise. It has many of the problems that the U.S. does, just less crime, guns and violence. I plan to eventually get out of Canada myself and may need some help with that in the future, but at present, I think U.S. citizens should be allowed to claim refugee status. Until that happens though, what are ways to facilitate helping those who want out?
